How it works
ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) means managing the end of use of your IT equipment. Here is exactly what we do, from your site to the final report.
01 — Pickup
From a handful of devices to several hundred: pickup planned with you, across one or more sites, counts verified on departure and secured transport.
02 — Inventory
Scan on receipt, serial number and unique identifier, linked back to the originating lot. You know exactly what left and what arrived.
03 — Data erasure
Certified Blancco erasure on every drive, with one certificate per drive. Any drive that cannot be erased is physically destroyed and documented.
04 — Audit & value
Functional tests, cosmetic condition, battery and storage health. This diagnosis sets the buy-back value and the best next step for each device.
05 — Refurbishment
Cleaning, faulty parts replaced, reinstallation, final check. The device goes back into service instead of becoming waste.
06 — Reuse or WEEE
What can still serve goes back into circulation with organisations. What cannot goes to a specialised WEEE stream: dismantling, material sorting, attestation delivered.
07 — Documents
One complete file per operation: serialized inventory, erasure certificates, audit report, WEEE treatment attestation and reporting your teams can actually use.
The operation file
Every operation produces a documentary file. Procurement, audit, your DPO and your CSR team all find their answers in it.
Depending on the operation, not all of these documents are systematically issued. The documentary scope is agreed with you before pickup.
Value recovered
After audit, reusable hardware is refurbished, tested and put back into circulation. The value recovered is returned to you and appears in the operation reporting.
